Through the international educational program Experimento for teachers and students, the Siemens Stiftung International Foundation seeks to engage in a scientific-technological education which is anchored in values from early childhood to the end of secondary education. The program prioritizes the experimentation, exploration and autonomous understanding of natural phenomena related to energy, environment and health issues. Through the link between questions oriented by values and socially relevant teaching-learning processes, it is sought to raise, at the same time, responsible and social-oriented criteria and attitudes. In order to facilitate access to quality education, the training material developed by the Siemens Stiftung International Foundation is available on its media portal, on a digital format, free of charge and for everybody.
The Siemens Stiftung international foundation coordinates the global alliance of Siemens foundations, under which the Experiment program is jointly promoted.Since 2014, Fundacao Siemens Brasil collaborates with renowned educational institutions to contribute with Experimento to the initial and continuous training of teachers, which is focused on improving science and technology subjects throughout the educational chain.
