Experimento Program
Learning to do things hands-on, asking questions, investigating, testing solutions. The concept behind Experimento Program is based on scientific research that permeates Fundação Siemens’ initiatives. Teacher development, student incentives, webseries and partnerships with other entities leverage the “maker culture” to help improve education in Brazil.
Productive Inclusion Program
This program is carried out in conjunction with SENAI. With a focus on productive inclusion, it trains youngsters to be Administrative Assistants. The program is held by Fundação Siemens in São Paulo (SP) and Jundiaí (SP) and counts on the participation of volunteers from Siemens Group companies and Siemens Energy in the professional development process of these youngsters.

Volunteer Program
Volunteers are fundamental for executing Fundação Siemens’ initiatives. Almost all of the Foundation’s activities are only carried out and multiplied thanks to the dedication of these volunteers.
Incentive Laws
Fundação Siemens is responsible for the governance of projects linked to incentive laws carried out by its sponsoring companies (Siemens Group companies and Siemens Energy Brazil). In alignment with the entity’s social objectives, these projects become part of the Foundation’s scope on account of their nature.
